Josh Duggar used his car lot’s worktop computer to download a sickening trove of child pornography with titles including Daisy’s Destruction, Playtoy Sweetie and Pedo Mom, a court heard today.
The warped cache obtained between May 14 and May 16, 2019 included video of two girls aged seven and nine being ‘penetrated’ by an adult male.
A second download contained 65 still images of a girl aged seven to eight adopting nude poses and exposing her genitals, Duggar’s child porn trial heard.
‘It culminates in her being put in a cage, a dog kennel,’ assistant U.S. Attorney Dustin Roberts said of the tragic little girl who appeared in the ‘Marissa.zip’ file.
‘Throughout this trial you are going to see images of children, not actors, some as young as seven,’ he cautioned jurors at the federal courthouse court in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Also today, the judge ruled that evidence of Duggar’s scandalous molestation past involving his sisters may be introduced into evidence.
Judge Timothy L. Brooks named the 28 potential or confirmed witnesses on Tuesday, including Duggar’s sister Jill Dillard and brother Jedidiah. Jill’s husband Derick was in the courtroom observing today.
Josh Duggar and wife Anna head into court today where they heard the prosecutor describe how he used his car lot’s worktop computer to download a sickening trove of child pornography with titles including Daisy’s Destruction, Playtoy Sweetie and Pedo Mom
Josh and his wife Anna are pictured with six of their kids: Mackynzie, Michael, Marcus, Meredith, Mason and Maryella together. Anna recently gave birth to their seventh child
‘These children were being sexually abused, violated and exploited.’
Roberts said Duggar used peer-to-peer encrypted file sharing software to download the sick material to a HP laptop at his used car lot.
‘We ask you to hold him accountable,’ Roberts urged the 12 jurors and four alternates.
Several of them briefly looked away in disgust as snippets of the material were discreetly flashed up on monitors later on in the proceedings.
Duggar, 33, wearing a grey suit, blue tie, and supported in court by his wife Anna, showed barely a flicker of emotion however as the prosecution outlined their case against him.
Famous for appearing in TLC’s 19 Kids and Counting, Duggar was charged in April with two counts of downloading and possessing child pornography
He faces up to 20 years in prison and fines of up to $250,000 on each count if convicted.
The court heard that Duggar allegedly used a ‘dark web’ program called BitTorrent in which users search and download files from others while simultaneously making their own files available for sharing.
In May 2019 Detective Amber Kalmer of Little Rock Police Department used a specialist police program called Torrential Downpour as part of an undercover online investigation to unmask perverts using it to trade images.
Judge Timothy L. Brooks named the 28 potential or confirmed witnesses on Tuesday, including Duggar’s sister Jill Dillard. Jill’s husband Derick was in the courtroom observing today.
She searched for material officers had previously identified as containing child abuse and made several ‘digital handshakes’ with an IP address in northwest Arkansas.
After partially downloading two files she tipped off Federal investigators who traced to the IP address to Duggar’s used car dealership, Wholesale Motorcars, in Springdale, Roberts told the court.
After volunteering to speak with Federal agents during the ensuing raid and without knowing anything about the nature of the probe, he told them: ‘So what guys, has somebody downloaded child pornography?’
After the agents had outlined the allegations he told them: ‘I’m not denying guilt. I don’t want to say if I’m guilty or not,’ Roberts said.
Prosecutors said Duggar also used a piece of software called a Lenix partition on his work PC to create a second workspace that could only be accessed by the password intel1988 – the same password Duggar used for his internet banking, it’s alleged.
Behind the ‘partition’ forensic computer experts found files entitled Pussy Pounding, Daisy’s Destruction, and Playtoy Sweetie, Roberts told jurors.
Defense attorney Justin Gelfand said in his opening remarks that the case was a ’classic whodunit’ because multiple people had access to Duggar’s work computer.
He also said Feds initially traced the IP address to an unconnected house near to Duggar’s car lot.
‘’This is not Josh Duggar’s house, this is the not the reality star we are excited to investigate,’ he told jurors. ‘So they did not investigate the house.’
Gelfand further called Duggar a ‘Mac guy’ who was home-schooled and lacked the sophisticated IT skills to install complicated programs on a Windows PC.
‘This is equivalent of a trial of blood from a murder scene,. They didn’t follow it,’ he added.
Duggar is the eldest of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s nine daughters and ten sons featured on the TLC reality show which documented the devout Baptist family’s life in Tontitown, Arkansas.
Duggar spent seven days in jail after his April 29 arrest before being fitted with an ankle monitor and bailed into home detention
TLC pulled the long-running reality series after seven years in 2015 over revelations that Duggar had molested four of his sisters and a babysitter.
Duggar’s parents said he confessed to the fondling and apologized. He also apologized for his pornography addiction and for cheating on his wife, Anna, with whom he has seven children.
Duggar was further embroiled in scandal that year when his name and credit card transactions appeared in a data breach that leaked the information of users of Ashley Madison, an online dating service encouraging extramarital affairs.
Later that year, porn actress Danica Dillon sued him claiming a brutal rape in March during which he allegedly choked her and ignored her pleas for him to stop.
Josh’s wife Anna was six-months pregnant at the time and home with their three children.

Anna Duggar announced the arrival of her and husband Josh’s seventh child on Instagram last week revealing Madyson Lily was born on October 23 at 2:39 pm
They had kept the baby’s birth a secret for a month as Josh, 33, awaits the start of his trial on November 30
Letting this man be around kids: Anna is reportedly ‘going to stick by him no matter what’ – even as he set to go on trial on two child pornography charges
Jim Bob, who was also featured prominently on the TLC show and previously served in the Arkansas House, last month announced plans to run for a recently vacated state Senate seat. The primary election in that race is December. 14.
The hearing came about after prosecutors said they wanted to introduce evidence regarding Josh Duggar’s previous molestation accusations, which defense attorneys disagreed with.
It was revealed that one of Josh’s family members will be a prosecution witness in the case and that ‘one or two witnesses will testify to ‘multiple instances’ of child molestation,’ including Jim Bob, FOX 24 reported.
Some members of Duggar’s family have distanced themselves from him since the charges were filed, though his parents and wife are standing by him.
Jim Bob last week updated his campaign website with a message blasting ‘fake news,’ insisting he won’t let it ‘define me and my family.’
The father-of-19 slammed ‘cancel culture,’ claiming the ‘radical left’ wants to keep him from being involved in politics because of Josh’s alleged deviancy.
‘They say because our family has faced problems we should shrink away,’ he wrote, seemingly understating Josh’s alleged trove of child sexual abuse photos and videos as ‘problems.’
In addition to Josh’s arrest on possessing child pornography – some of which include victims between the ages of seven and nine – Josh also confessed to molesting five minors, including four of his younger sisters, as a teenager.

Josh Duggar was busted in 2019 after Detective Amber Kalmer of the Little Rock Police Department accessed his files while working on an undercover online investigation to unmask perverts using it to trade images, according to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com.
His computer was reportedly equipped with a dark web browser that could have let him anonymously search for child porn. The Tor browser would have allowed the him to bypass anti-porn software called Covenant Eyes that his wife Anna installed to monitor what her husband downloaded.
Kalmer claimed she was able to locate two files: a zip folder containing 65 image files of naked girls between seven and nine years old, and a two-minute video of a similarly aged girl being raped by an adult man.
Josh was arrested in April and his parents soon released a statement.
‘We appreciate your continued prayers for our family at this time. The accusations brought against Joshua today are very serious,’ they wrote.
‘It is our prayer that the truth, no matter what it is, will come to light, and that this will all be resolved in a timely manner. We love Josh and Anna and continue to pray for their family.’
Josh pleaded not guilty and was released on bail a week later.
