Letizia, who has two children with her husband King Felipe VI, has been steadily resuming her royal engagements after a turbulent summer that saw their daughter Sofia break her leg, and Felipe VI’s father Juan Carlos I flee the country in the wake of corruption allegations.

Last week, she attended a meeting with the board of directors for the Association Women in a Legal World at the royal residence in Madrid.

The organisation promotes women’s leadership within the legal sector and Letizia met with those who are encouraging women to take up vocational training for sustainable mobility.
