Once the fried rice is cooked, an employee spoons the rice into a bowl before topping it with fresh ingredients.

The café uses a special rice-serving machine that serves perfectly portioned, pre-measured rice.

Mini trays of rice and eggs are then placed on a ‘food train’ next to the robot machines so it automatically cooks the ingredients during the process.

The robotic pan is oiled automatically before two cracked eggs are tossed in. As the lid shuts, the eggs are scrambled. The lid reopens up and a tray of rice and spring onion are tipped in.
