Paulina Porizkova has revealed how she keeps her skin looking youthful without surgery or fillers by sharing her easy-to-follow at-home beauty routine with her fans.
The 55-year-old model has posted two new videos on her Instagram page: one documenting the skincare she uses on a normal day and a second showing her favorite ‘quick fixes’ when she wants to look her best.
When it comes to her daily skincare regimen, she uses less than a handful of products, explaining in the caption: ‘I do not use special eye or neck creams — if your moisturizer isn’t up to the task, get one that is!’

Natural beauty: Paulina Porizkova, 55, has revealed her easy-to-follow skincare routine while showing off her makeup free complexion
Products: In the morning, she uses the BeautyPie Japanfusion Hydra Prep Lotion ($35)followed by the Peter Thomas Roth Vital-E Microbiome Moisture Defense Cream ($55)
The video began with a makeup-free Paulina pointing out that her face is completely bare and free of any cosmetic enhancements.
‘Nothing in it. Nothing on it,’ she insisted. ‘This is how I waked up in the morning, although with slightly less good hair, quite frankly.’
The Sports Illustrated star said she avoids washing her face in the morning because her skin tends to be on the dry side.
After rolling out of bed, she starts her mornings by splashing on the Beauty Pie Japanfusion Hydra Prep Lotion ($35).
‘It’s not really a toner. It’s a moisture accelerator’ she noted. ‘I usually splash on a little of this because it just makes the moisturizer go in even better.’
Sometimes, if she feels her skin doesn’t need ‘the weight of a moisturizer,’ she’ll only use that, choosing to either dab it on with a cotton pad or splash it on with her hands, depending on what she has on hand.
No soaking: Paulina said her skin tends to be dry, so she will often skip washing it unless it’s dirty. If that’s the case, she’ll use the Beauty Pie Japanfusion Pure Transforming Cleanser ($35)
Favorite product: The model revealed her favorite moisturizer of ‘all-time’ is the Beauty Pie Super Healthy Skin Ultimate Anti-Aging Cream ($100)
Using every last drop: Paulina said she is such a fan of the cream, which lifts, firms, and plumps, that her jar is almost empty
However, she typically follows the prep lotion with the Peter Thomas Roth Vital-E Microbiome Moisture Defense Cream ($55 for 1.7 oz), which helps defend the skin from the effects of environmental aging, including blue light.
‘Microbiome is the hot new trend in cosmetics and skin treatments because it’s all about the good bacteria on your skin. I’m very fond of the good bacteria on my skin,’ she said, adding that the ‘anti-blue light makes me feel like it prevents me from aging while I’m staring at my computer and binging on Netflix.’
Paulina will often skip washing her face at night unless she was wearing makeup or sweating earlier in the day. If that’s the case, she’ll use the Beauty Pie Japanfusion Pure Transforming Cleanser ($35).
‘The texture is a bit like Cetaphil. It’s very emollient, non-sudsy,’ she said. ‘It doesn’t make your skin feel squeaky clean, which I don’t believe your skin should be squeaky clean. I don’t think it’s very good for it, especially not your face.’
The mother of two then went on to reveal her favorite moisturizer of ‘all-time’: Beauty Pie Super Healthy Skin Ultimate Anti-Aging Cream ($100 for 1.69 oz).
Added touch: If Paulina has a special occasion and wants her ‘skin to glow,’ she’ll use the Peter Thomas Roth Potent C Power Scrub ($38)
Regimen: To get ready for a big night, she’ll first put on Peter Thomas Roth 24K Gold Pure Luxury Lift & Firm Hydra-Gel Eye Patches ($75) to minimize puffiness
Move that hair: Paulina likes to pull back her hair before putting on a face mask
‘I have a little bit of an issue with the name anti-aging because I don’t actually mind aging,’ she said ‘I just want to age well. It’s preferable to be dead right? But I guess that’s what sells is the “anti.” I wish they had like anti-sadness and ant-isolation and anti… well, whatever, you get it.’
Paulina explained that the cream lifts, firms, and plumps just like it says it will, though she noted there is only ‘one treatment’ to dramatically lift the skin — surgery.
She uses just two or three products a day, but if she has a special occasion and wants her ‘skin to glow,’ she’ll use the Peter Thomas Roth Potent C Power Scrub ($38).
In her follow up video, Paulina shared the other extra products she uses when she wants to look her best, usually when she has a modeling gig or a date.
The model and her late husband Ric Ocasek were separated and going through a divorce when The Cars frontman died in their Manhattan townhouse in September 2019.
To get ready for a big night, she’ll first put on Peter Thomas Roth 24K Gold Pure Luxury Lift & Firm Hydra-Gel Eye Patches ($75) to minimize puffiness. While these are her favorites, she also really likes Patchology Flashpatch Rejuvenating Eye Gels ($15).
Go-to products: Her two favorites are the Beauty Pie Japanfusion Uji Tea Leaf Sheet Mask ($18) and the Elevate CBD Cosmetics Collagen Sheet Mask ($20)
Downtime: Paulin said she likes to lie on her bed and rehearse her lines for either and audition or a date when she is wearing a sheet mask
Ambassador: Paulina’s love of Beauty Pie products hasn’t gone unnoticed by the brand, who reached out to her about becoming a promoter. She is pictured wearing makeup last month
‘Next come the masks,’ she said. ‘I like all masks. When I was a kid, I used to think putting on masks was so grown up. When I was 12, 13 I would go and buy a mask in a drugstore, and I would put it on and feel like I was a woman. Well, turns out I am a woman and I use masks.’

‘I am now primed to scare my children, my pets, but in 15 minutes, I will look amazing,’ she said after she put on one of the sheet masks. ‘Now I am going to lay down on my bed for about 10 to 15 minutes.
‘You know the longer you can afford, the better off it will be. I usually lie on the bed and rehearse my lines for an audition or my date, whatever it happens to be,’ she added.
‘And it’s a good time to sort of just meditate and breathe out and do the stuff that you don’t usually have time to do in your head.’
Paulina’s love of Beauty Pie products hasn’t gone unnoticed by the brand, who reached out to her about becoming a promoter.
‘Guys —a favor — Beautypie has taken notice of me loving their products, so they’ve asked me to be a promoter!’ she revealed in her second video caption. ‘So excited! So if you want to buy any of the Beautypie stuff — can you wait until I post my code?!’
