A woman chopping up onions in a Texas taco truck was completely unfazed as a masked gunman stormed into the place and demanded money.
Despite having a gun thrust in her face the woman continued to chop until the robber told her to stop cutting as he threatened her with a handgun while telling her to open up the cash register.
The frightening encounter was all caught on surveillance video at the truck in East Austin which has posted the surveillance footage online in the hope that it will lead to an arrest.

The robber demanded money and made the worker walk over to the cash register
‘He was specifying, saying where’s the money, where’s the money, and pointing the gun directly at one of the employees,’ said Rogelio Lozano, owner of Jefes Tacos which also runs a restaurant in the city.
As the video clearly shows, the suspect stole all the money in the tip jar, cash register and then took off with the employee’s purse.
In total, about $500 was stolen by the masked robber.
‘Money, you know, we can always recover. That is not my concern. Their safety was my biggest concern,’ said Lozano to KVUE.

Those viewing the video online were impressed with the woman’s resolve.
‘Ok. She’s so chill. Just keeps chopping onions. Badass woman,’ wrote one woman on Twitter.
‘They stole that woman’s purse. .someone set up a GoFundMe for her. I feel so sorry for her,’ added another.
Police were hoping they would be able to track down the suspect who also left fingerprints on the knife the woman was using after he picked it up several times during the encounter.
Late on Tuesday afternoon, police say finally they have a suspect in custody.
