MLB superstar Yasiel Puig has been sued for sexual battery by a woman who claims he performed a sex act in front of her in a restroom at a 2018 Los Angeles Lakers game.
The woman said the 29-year-old baseball star ‘forced her into the bathroom’ and assaulted her at the Staples Center on Halloween in 2018.
In court documents the woman, identified as Jane Roe to protect her identity, said: ‘She was forced into a bathroom and Yasiel Puig grabbed at her trying to take her clothes off, touched her sexual organs during this struggle.’
The documents go on to say Puig ‘pinned her with one arm and used the other to stroke his own penis, exposing himself, and eventually ejaculating.’

The woman, who did not confirm in documents whether she had contacted law enforcement, said she was ‘simply heading to the bathroom’ and did not intend to have a sexual encounter with Puig.
On 31 October 2018, the LA Lakers were playing the Dallas Mavericks at the Staples Center and Puig was pictured sitting courtside during the game.
The lawsuit accuses Puig of sexual battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and false imprisonment, TMZsports reports.
Puig’s attorney told TMZ that the star ‘categorically denies’ the accusations against him.
The woman did not specify how much she is suing for but noted in documents that it is in excess of $50,000.
